The role also involves account maintenance activities such as address updates and other customer servicing requests.\nThe selected candidates will support functions related to Tax, Escrow, Mortgage, Mortgage Insurance, Hazard Insurance, and Flood Insurance services.\nKey Responsibilities\nRespond to customer queries received via secured banking email channels.\nHandle account maintenance requests, including address changes and profile updates.\nProvide support for Mortgage, Tax, Escrow, Mortgage Insurance, Hazard Insurance, and Flood Insurance-related inquiries.\nEnsure accurate and timely resolution of customer requests while maintaining service quality standards.\nAdhere to banking compliance, security, and operational guidelines.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nExcellent written communication and email drafting skills.\nPrior experience handling email-based customer support processes.\nExperience in Mortgage, Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services domains is preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and customer service orientation.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.\nKey Information\nLocation: Noida, Sector 63 (Work From Office)\nShift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (US Hours)\nWeekly Offs: 2 Rotational Split Offs\nJoining: Immediate Joiners Preferred\nNote - If u have left the job and can join us immediately only than apply.
