Project Manager\n\nExperience\n10–12 Years +\n\nRole Summary\nWe are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager with 10–12 years of overall experience in managing end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder coordination, resource planning, and project governance. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to project management methodologies, customer communication, project tracking tools, and reporting mechanisms.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and track project estimations through to completion within the defined SLA.\nOwn and manage end-to-end project execution and delivery.\nPrepare project kick-off presentations and conduct project initiation activities.\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.\nConduct regular cadence calls internally and with customers/stakeholders.\nTrack project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers.\nMaintain and manage project-wise risk registers and mitigation plans.\nTrack and follow up on project-specific action items to closure.\nPrepare and share weekly/monthly project status reports and governance decks.\nEnsure all project artifacts and documents are maintained in the project repository.\nManage stakeholder communication and expectation alignment throughout the project lifecycle.\nMonitor resource utilization and ensure optimal allocation across projects.\n\nRequired Skills & Competencies\nStrong knowledge of project management principles and delivery governance.\nHands-on experience using Jira, Microsoft Project (preferred), or similar project management tools.\nStrong understanding of project planning, scheduling, tracking, and resource management.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nGood analytical, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.\n\nMandatory Technical/Tool Skills\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nAbility to create project plans, dashboards, trackers, status reports, and presentations effectively.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related field.\nPMP / Prince2 / Agile certification is an added advantage.
