Job Description
You will keep the Director's time, communication, and priorities running smoothly, help drive initiatives to closure across the group, and — with active mentoring — grow over time into a senior Executive Assistant and trusted right-hand. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align with the Director's availability and business priorities.\nTravel Arrangements: Book flights, accommodation, ground transport, and logistics; prepare detailed itineraries and travel packs for seamless trips.\nMeeting Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings and events; prepare agendas, materials, and presentations; attend meetings where required, take minutes, and follow up on action items.\nEmail & Communication Management: Monitor, prioritize, and respond to email on behalf of the Director; handle incoming/outgoing correspondence with prompt, appropriate responses.\nCorrespondence & Documentation: Draft, edit, and proofread letters, memos, reports, and other documents to the company's professional standards.\nCross-Business Coordination & Follow-Through: Act as a coordination point between the Director and teams, vendors, and partners across the group's businesses; track action items and drive them to closure in a fast-paced environment.\nSpecial Projects & Research: Support special projects and initiatives; conduct research, prepare reports, and provide basic analytical support as directed.\nData & Information Management: Maintain and update confidential files, records, and databases related to the Director's office; keep information organized and accessible.\nOffice & Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including office supplies, expense reports, and invoices.\nPersonal & Family Coordination: Assist with the Director's personal appointments, reservations, and family/household logistics as needed, with complete discretion.\nConfidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive business and personal information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.\n\nRequirements:\n1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in an administrative, coordination, or front-office role; exceptional fresh graduates with the right aptitude will be considered.\nExcellent written and spoken English, plus fluent Hindi.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.\nProficiency in MS Office / Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), and the ability to pick up new tools quickly.\nProactive and resourceful, able to anticipate needs and think critically to solve problems independently.\nDiscretion, tact, and a high level of professionalism when handling sensitive information.\nFlexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and last-minute requests in a growth-stage business.\nExceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.\nWillingness to travel occasionally with the Director.\nBachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, or a related field).\nAbove all: a positive attitude, an ownership mindset, and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow.\n\nGrowth & Development:\nThis role is designed for someone we can invest in.
You will receive direct mentoring from the Director, structured reviews at 6 and 12 months (each linked to a pay revision), and a clear path to grow from Executive Assistant into a senior EA and trusted right-hand as you take on broader responsibilities.\n\nExperience:\n1–3 years in a similar profile. Sharp fresh graduates with strong communication and the right attitude are encouraged to apply.\n\nHow to Apply:\nJoin our dynamic team and play a central role in the success of a growing business.
