The organization works closely with communities, governments, ecosystem enablers, and institutional partners to drive scalable and systemic impact across India.\nThe organization is looking for a Learning & Knowledge Management professional who can help build institutional learning systems, translate field insights into actionable knowledge, and strengthen thought leadership and communication around social innovation and entrepreneurship.\nRole Overview\nThis role sits at the intersection of:\nKnowledge Management\nResearch & Learning\nDocumentation & Knowledge Products\nCommunication & Thought Leadership\nThe individual will work closely with program, research, and communication teams to capture learning emerging from field initiatives, synthesize insights, and package them into high-quality knowledge products for both internal and external audiences.\nThe role requires someone who is equally comfortable with:\nResearch and analytical thinking\nProgram learning and synthesis\nWriting and storytelling\nCross-functional stakeholder collaboration\nKey Responsibilities\nA. Learning & Knowledge Management\nManage organizational learning and sense-making across entrepreneurship and livelihood initiatives through approaches such as developmental evaluation and embedded research.\nDesign and strengthen frameworks for institutional learning, documentation, and knowledge management.\nBuild systems to capture field insights, best practices, and program narratives in a structured and iterative manner.\nConsolidate learning emerging from implementation teams and translate it into actionable organizational knowledge.\nMaintain and organize high-quality, up-to-date internal knowledge repositories and learning resources.\nB.

Knowledge Development & Research\nDevelop knowledge products including:\nProcess manuals\nToolkits\nTechnical reports\nCase studies\nLearning notes\nProgram narratives\nInsight papers\nConduct secondary and field research related to entrepreneurship, livelihoods, sustainability, and social innovation.\nSupport development and testing of new social innovation approaches and learning methodologies.\nMonitor and analyze program outcomes and emerging ecosystem trends.\nTranslate research and field learning into accessible and engaging formats for internal and external stakeholders.\nC. Communication & Thought Leadership\nSupport the organization's thought leadership efforts through:\nPerspective papers\nArticles and publications\nWebinars and workshops\nKnowledge dissemination events\nWork closely with communication teams to design dissemination strategies for knowledge products and learning outputs.\nBuild compelling narratives and storytelling around grassroots entrepreneurship and innovation.\nSupport communication across digital platforms, reports, presentations, and external engagement forums.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience in knowledge management, organizational learning, research, MEL, or program documentation roles.\nExposure to livelihoods, entrepreneurship, sustainability, social innovation, or grassroots development ecosystems.\nStrong qualitative research and synthesis skills.\nExperience developing reports, publications, toolkits, manuals, or knowledge products.\nStrong writing, storytelling, and communication capability.\nAbility to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.\nComfort operating in evolving and high-ownership environments.\nWhat Makes This Role Unique\nOpportunity to shape institutional learning and knowledge systems\nHigh visibility across programs, research, and communication functions\nStrong mix of strategy, synthesis, and execution\nOpportunity to influence ecosystem-level conversations around entrepreneurship and social innovation\nMeaningful work with grassroots and systems-level impact
