Job Role: Facility Management

Location: Delhi


Position Summary & Scope: Provide administrative assistance to other departments of the assigned branch with the objective of meeting the administrative requirements of business on day to day basis. This is a local level role having medium term impact on the overall organizational goals.



Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas)


  • Office Infrastructure Management: Monitor smooth working of telephone lines, liaise with MTNL, process monthly bills; monitor housekeeping; arrange pest control services in the premises; arrange for potted plants and its maintenance; plan and oversee seating arrangements; monitor preparation of weekly menu chart for canteen, check raw material and quality of food, reduce wastage of food, monitor water, electricity and LPG consumptions in the canteen and processing the weekly / monthly bills in order to ensure smooth, effective and efficient office infrastructure management.
  • Management of office environment in terms of Liaison etc.: Liaise with various government departments and regulatory authorities like NDMC, MCD, Police, Fire, Electricity, Transport etc. for obtaining necessary sanction / exemptions / subsidies; supervise compliance with various obligations; design and implement systems / policies / procedures to ensure smooth and effective administration.
  • Property and Guest House Management: Supervise operations of all company guest houses and confirm bookings for Delhi region; supervise booking and overall maintenance of the company property at Hardwar. (Madhuban and Kasturi Ashram) to ensure smooth functioning of property and guest houses.
  • Facilities management: Coordinate with Project Department as and when required; supervise AMCs pertaining to upkeep of office equipment for compliance with the services level agreement with the vendors; negotiate, select, renew other AMCs to ensure that human and material resources are correctly utilized.


Qualification and Experience


Educational Qualifications Required: Graduate/MBA

Relevant Experience: 10 - 15 years of experience
