Job Summary:
Berlia Soap & Detergent Industries is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer based at Raiganj to drive sales growth and strengthen our distribution network in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual primary and secondary sales targets.
- Appoint and develop distributors in uncovered and potential markets.
- Expand retailer coverage and ensure market penetration.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Ensure effective implementation of company sales and promotional strategies.
- Conduct regular market visits to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Raiganj and surrounding market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Prior experience in the detergent industry will be an added advantage.
Compensation:
Salary and incentives will be commensurate with experience and performance.
