You will champion AI-enabled delivery, leveraging generative AI and automation to transform program execution and efficiency. Additionally, you will strengthen your expertise in healthcare payer domains while leading global teams and complex, multi-stream initiatives.\n\nResponsibilities: -\nProgram Leadership & Delivery\nOwn end-to-end delivery of large, multi-stream data and AI programs within healthcare payer ecosystems.\nDrive program governance, planning, execution, tracking, and closure , ensuring alignment with business objectives.\nManage multiple interdependent workstreams across Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, and Business teams .\nEnsure delivery excellence with focus on quality, timelines, cost, and client satisfaction .\nStakeholder & Executive Management\nEngage with senior client stakeholders, business leaders, and executive sponsors to drive alignment and decision-making.\nLead steering committees, executive reviews, and program governance forums .\nTranslate technical concepts into business outcomes and executive-level insights .\nHealthcare Payer Domain Expertise\nLeverage deep knowledge of payer data domains such as Claims, Enrollment, Provider, Clinical, and Financial data.\nEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy standards, and governance frameworks .\nAlign program delivery with payer-specific business processes and transformation goals .\nAI-Enabled Delivery & Innovation\nChampion adoption of Generative AI tools, intelligent automation, and ML-driven insights in delivery processes.\nImprove productivity, risk prediction, and decision-making using AI-powered approaches.\nDrive innovation through automation frameworks, reusable accelerators, and AI-first methodologies .\nData Platform & Technology Delivery\nOversee delivery of modern data platforms leveraging technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar .\nEnsure robust implementation of data pipelines, lakehouse architectures, data governance, and real-time analytics .\nCollaborate with architects and engineering teams on platform scalability, security, and performance optimization .\nRisk & Dependency Management\nProactively identify, track, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues .\nImplement structured frameworks for risk management, escalation handling, and contingency planning .\nEnsure cross-team coordination to manage interdependencies across programs and portfolios .\nAgile & Execution Excellence\nDrive Agile delivery practices (SAFe/Scrum/Kanban) across distributed teams.\nBalance Agile methodologies with enterprise governance and regulatory requirements .\nEstablish metrics-driven delivery tracking (KPIs, OKRs, dashboards) .\nLeadership & Team Development\nLead and mentor program managers, delivery leads, and cross-functional teams .\nFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement .\nBuild high-performing teams aligned to enterprise delivery goals .\n\nExperience: -\n18 - 24 Years\nLocation: -\nMumbai\nPune\nBangalore\nChennai\nEducational Qualifications: -\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science/information technology/biomedical engineering or a related field .\nCertifications in Program Management (PMP, SAFe, Agile) are preferred\nSkills: -\n\nMandatory Technical Skills: -\nProgram & Portfolio Management\nHealthcare Payer Domain Expertise\nData & AI Program Delivery\nStakeholder & Executive Communication\nRisk & Dependency Management\nAgile / SAFe Delivery Models\nGovernance & Compliance in Healthcare\nData Platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, GCP)\nAI/ML Enablement & Automation Tools\nFinancial & Resource Management\nTechnical & Functional Skills:\nData Engineering & Analytics Lifecycle\nAI/ML Program Integration\nData Governance & Security Frameworks\nReporting & Visualization Tools (Power BI, Tableau)\nDevOps & CI/CD for Data Platforms\nProfessional Experience:\nWe are seeking a Delivery Lead (18+ years) to own end-to-end program delivery across large-scale, complex, data-intensive initiatives in a healthcare payer environment .\nExperience delivering cloud-based data and AI platforms\nStrong ability to manage global delivery teams and multi-vendor ecosystems\nDemonstrated success in executive stakeholder engagement and program transformation initiatives\nExpertise in AI-enabled delivery practices and innovation-driven execution\n\nOur commitment\nTo combine the best of IT services, consulting, products, accelerators, and frameworks with a client-first mindset and next-gen tech understanding.
