Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Analyst role based in Delhi, India. The Financial Analyst will support client engagements by analyzing financial statements, preparing management reports, and assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating financial performance, conducting variance and trend analysis, supporting internal audits and reviews, and contributing to risk assessment and internal control evaluations. The role will also involve preparing financial models, assisting in regulatory and compliance-related financial reporting, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain accurate documentation, and present clear, concise findings to senior team members and clients.


Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Finance, with the ability to understand business models and key financial drivers.
  • Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including analysis of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Experience in Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and supporting business planning exercises.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, perform variance analysis, and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial analysis tools; experience with data analytics or visualization tools is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) are preferred or in progress.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment and maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism.
