Kynloo supports professional growth through exposure to cross-functional projects and fast-paced city-level operations.\nRole Description The City Growth Associate – Gurgaon is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, responsible for driving user and revenue growth in the assigned city. This role involves identifying and onboarding local partners or customers, executing growth campaigns, and closely monitoring performance metrics for the Gurgaon market. The City Growth Associate will coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to localize initiatives, optimize city-level strategies, and resolve on-ground issues.
Daily work will include field visits, sales meetings, data analysis, and reporting on city performance, as well as supporting experiments to test new growth levers. The role requires a strong focus on execution, relationship-building with stakeholders, and continuous improvement of processes to achieve city targets.\nQualifications\nStrong analytical skills to interpret data, track key performance indicators, and derive actionable insights for city growth.\nExcellent communication skills to engage with partners, internal teams, and stakeholders, both in-person and through digital channels.\nProficiency in growth hacking and sales to drive acquisition, activation, and retention in the Gurgaon market.\nSolid project management capabilities to plan, coordinate, and execute city-level initiatives within defined timelines.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.\n1–3 years of experience in growth, sales, business development, or operations, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.\nComfort working on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, including conducting fieldwork and in-person meetings.\nProficiency with spreadsheets and basic analytics tools; familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is an advantage.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
