Mandatory Requirement/eligibility Criteria\n\nStrong Experience in Lloyds London Market (Insurance) and Credit control.\nShould be okay with WFO\nShould be flexible with US Shifts\ncomfortable for Noida Location\n\nKey Responsibility Areas including preferred Skills and Experience\nShould be able to manage and execute process and business level goals, to achieve agreed performance metrices.\nTo ensure complete operations management including any escalation w.r.t. any operational issue along with performing against all SLAs.\nTo ensure timely and accurate delivery of daily, monthly, and periodic processing of client requirements and interact with a client on a day-to-day basis responding to their requirements at a short notice by re-aligning priorities.\nProvide coaching and feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance.\nBrainstorm & identify transformation opportunities and coordinate with various stakeholder for its execution\nManaging fortnightly & monthly governance calls with key stakeholders\n\nCompetencies:\n\nWorking knowledge of credit management, cash allocation, debt management and collections, bank reconciliations (either of the 2 or 3)\nResponsible for Broker Relationship Management and any query they might have related to payments, commission or debt related.\nEnsure to meet process SLA's and client VOC.\nExcellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)\nGood knowledge of complete MS Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook)\n\nEligibility Criteria:\nB.
