Role-specific responsibility\n\nExperience in migrating workloads from on-premises to Azure\nAzure Active Directory, SSO, ADFS, Azure AD B2C, Azure AD Identity Protection\nAzure Storage Types\nTerraform / Bicep\nAzure Networking\nAzure Security & Compliance\nAzure Monitoring & Maintenance\nApp Services & Azure SQL\nAzure Automation & Autoscaling\nAzure Management & Governance\nCost Management & Billing / FinOps\nAzure Design & Architecture\nVirtualization technologies like Hyper-V or VMware\nStrong understanding of Active Directory, Domain Controllers & Group Policy\nBasic understanding of Office 365\nStrong troubleshooting and scenario-based problem-solving skills\nExperience with SQL or any database application\n\nTechnical Skills\n• Min 5 Years of relevant experience on Microsoft Azure, Terraform and Azure Biceps\n• Strong knowledge of Azure, including PaaS and IaaS architectures.\n• Knowledge of networking engineering, including DNS, Active Directory, firewalls, load balancers, etc.\n• Knowledge of best practices for IT operations in an always-on, always-available service model for e.g. Azure Site recovery, Backup, Monitoring & Maintenance.\n• Proven background in the design and implementation of large scale, global, complex custom application development systems (e.g., high transaction volumes).\n• Experience problem solving issues on globally distributed systems and critical product service environments\n• Capable of technical deep dives into infrastructure, databases, and applications as needed, yet cognitively agile enough to have strategy discussions with leadership\n• Must understand the Agile methodology and have worked on a Scrum team.\n• Direct, hands-on experience with DevOps and release management tools\n• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately with corporate executives and technical teams.\n• Excellent influencing and reasoning skills; good at conflict resolution and consensus building.\n• After hours on-call support occasionally required.\n\nPreferred Skills\n- Experience working on large project(s) incorporating processes and procedures and standards\n- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills\n- Excellent organizational, coordination, interpersonal and communication skills\n- Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities\n- Creativity, self-confidence, and flexibility
