Founding GTM Lead – Revenue Operations & Growth
Location: India (Remote/Hybrid) – Must have overlap with US working hours
Experience: 4–8 Years
Salary: ₹80,000 CTC per Month
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Founding GTM Lead to build and scale our go-to-market engine across inbound marketing, outbound sales, partnerships, and revenue operations.
This role combines the responsibilities of a:
- Growth Lead
- Revenue Operations Manager
- Demand Generation Lead
- Outbound Strategist
- GTM Operator
You will work directly with the founders to build scalable growth systems and drive revenue as the company continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Growth & Demand Generation
- Develop and execute SEO and organic growth strategies.
- Improve website rankings for high-intent healthcare-related keywords.
- Drive inbound pipeline through content, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
- Create and manage blogs, case studies, industry reports, benchmarks, and thought leadership content.
- Optimize website conversion funnels and lead capture mechanisms.
- Build founder-led and company-led LinkedIn growth initiatives.
- Manage webinars, newsletters, and content marketing programs.
- Develop vertical-specific messaging for healthcare segments such as dental, medspa, optometry, and other specialties.
Marketing Automation
- Set up and optimize lead nurturing journeys and lifecycle email campaigns.
- Build lead scoring systems and automated follow-up workflows.
- Improve conversion rates across the funnel from inquiry to demo and closed deals.
Outbound & Pipeline Generation
- Build outbound GTM systems for US and international markets.
- Define ICPs, account segmentation, and targeting strategies.
- Develop outreach playbooks using email, LinkedIn, referrals, and events.
- Manage sequencing tools and outreach workflows.
- Support SDR operations and outbound experimentation.
- Build processes for conference follow-ups and lead activation.
Revenue Operations & Funnel Management
- Own CRM management, hygiene, reporting, and optimization.
- Define funnel stages, dashboards, and pipeline reporting.
- Analyze CAC, conversion rates, and GTM performance metrics.
- Improve lead routing, attribution, and sales processes.
- Build weekly and monthly GTM performance reports for leadership.
- Establish scalable GTM systems and operational processes.
Partnerships & Growth Initiatives
- Support channel and referral partnerships.
- Coordinate co-marketing campaigns and webinars.
- Build customer advocacy and referral programs.
- Identify and test new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS GTM, Growth, RevOps, Demand Generation, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO, inbound marketing, and content-led growth.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Experience managing outbound sales workflows and pipeline generation.
- Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication and execution capabilities.
Preferred
- Experience in Healthcare SaaS, Dental SaaS, or Vertical SaaS.
- Experience scaling GTM functions in early-stage startups.
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation workflows, and GTM technology stacks.
- Experience with webinars, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and referral programs.
- Exposure to multi-market GTM across the US, UK, and APAC regions.
