We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, LangGraph, and OCR technologies. The ideal candidate will build and deploy intelligent AI solutions combining LLMs, document processing, and Agentic workflows to solve real-world business challenges.

• Design and develop end-to-end RAG pipelines using vector databases and LLMs.
  
• Build document ingestion, embedding, retrieval, and metadata filtering workflows.
  
• Develop production-grade AI applications using LangChain, agents, tools, and memory.
  
• Architect stateful multi-agent systems using LangGraph.
  
• Implement OCR and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions using Tesseract, PaddleOCR, EasyOCR, and cloud Document AI services.
  
• Integrate OCR outputs with NLP/LLM pipelines for automated document understanding.
  
• Monitor AI systems, improve response quality, and implement guardrails.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
  

• Strong experience with RAG frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack) and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB).
  
• Expertise in LangChain (LCEL, agents, tools, structured outputs) and LangGraph.
  
• Hands-on experience with OCR engines and cloud document AI services.
  
• Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, async programming, and microservices.
  
• Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Cohere, or Mistral.
  
• Knowledge of embeddings, similarity search, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.
  
• Familiarity with OpenCV, Pillow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  

• Multi-modal RAG and hybrid search implementations.
  
• Agentic AI patterns (ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, Reflexion).
  
• Experience with LangSmith, LayoutLM, Donut, TrOCR, and IDP platforms.
  
• Multi-lingual OCR and Indic language processing experience.
  
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
