Job Title: Project Manager – Immediate Joiner


Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, and Digital Media Operations . The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end management of digital marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns across multiple channels while collaborating with internal stakeholders, creative teams, media teams, and technology partners.

The role requires exceptional project management skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive campaign delivery within timelines while maintaining quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end project management of digital marketing campaigns and lifecycle initiatives, including campaign planning, intake, scoping, prioritization, execution, and delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, In-App Messaging, Content Cards, Paid Media, Social Media, and Display channels.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, marketing teams, creative teams, analytics teams, technology teams, and external agency/third-party partners to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Translate business and marketing requirements into detailed project plans, actionable tasks, and clear documentation for execution teams.
  • Develop and maintain campaign roadmaps, project timelines, resource allocation plans, and delivery schedules while proactively identifying dependencies and risks.
  • Drive project governance through regular status meetings, sprint planning, stakeholder updates, and progress reporting to ensure transparency on deliverables and timelines.
  • Coordinate campaign development, creative production, content approvals, QA, UAT, and deployment to ensure campaigns meet business objectives and quality standards.
  • Monitor campaign execution and collaborate with analytics teams to track KPIs, campaign performance, customer engagement, and optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to digital marketing best practices, brand guidelines, targeting logic, compliance requirements, and channel-specific standards.
  • Streamline campaign intake and workflow processes by implementing standardized templates, documentation, tracking mechanisms, and project management methodologies.
  • Identify project risks, operational bottlenecks, and resource constraints, escalating issues proactively while recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Digital Media teams on campaign planning, media activation, audience segmentation, and execution strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–10+ years of experience in Project Management , Digital Marketing , Campaign Operations , or Marketing Technology .
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including:
  • Email Marketing
  • Paid Media
  • Social Media
  • Push Notifications
  • SMS
  • WhatsApp Marketing
  • In-App Messaging
  • Display Advertising
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
  • Experience working with Marketing Automation platforms and CRM ecosystems is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is an added advantage.
  • Experience working with digital media agencies, campaign management platforms, or customer lifecycle marketing programs is preferred.
