Job Description
Preparation and filing of Quarterly returns 24Q/26Q/27Q/27EQ/26QB etc. Advance tax calculation and Challan deposit. Quarterly reconciliation of 26AS.
Tax audits 3CA/3CB, transfer pricing, deductions chapter VI A etc.\nROC & MCA Compliances:\nAll kind of Secretarial work related to Incorporation and routing filing of forms like AOC 4, MGT 7, CHG 1, CHG 4 etc.\nLedger Scrutiny & Vendor KYC:\nEnsuring all financial records and reconciliation of all statutory ledgers of Duties & Taxes along with vendor ledgers having compliances. Maintaining records, compliance with legal requirements, and communication with regulatory authorities like MSME, PAN-Aadhar Link, Vendor KYC etc.\nLitigation & Coordination with External consultants\nMaintaining all records related to Litigation under any law, form filing etc. Further ensure quarterly meetings with all compliance related external consultants.\nIssuance of Guidelines on Regulatory Updates\nPrepare and present regular reports to senior management regarding compliance, findings and recommendations.
Stay well versed with continuous changes in regulatory requirements, industry standards, risk matrix etc. further timely issuance of guidelines to all stakeholders regarding all regulatory updates\nResponse to audit queries of External/Internal Auditors\nWell versed with accounting and audit standards, Schedule III, DTA/DTL etc.\nERP Implementation and Change Management\nActively participate in any changes required in ERP. Communicate with BA team and ensure to provide all processes.
Assess requirement of soft skill trainings for overall team required in their daily routine to reduce their work load and enhance efficiency, effectiveness and customer/vendor satisfaction.\nRequired Work Experience & Knowledge\n\nProven Experience of 4-9 years.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office.\nRequired Education\n\nBBA / B.com / M.com/ MBA / CA-Inter\nSkills Required\n\nData Management:\nCompetencies in data entry, analysis and management\nOrganizational Skills:\nEfficiently manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.\nImplement and maintain organized systems for document management.\n\nGeneral Competencies Required\n\nTeam Collaboration:\nCapability to work effectively with diverse teams, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.\nTime Management:\nAbility to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.\n\nBehavioral Competencies Required\n\nEffective Communication:\nArticulating ideas clearly, actively listening, and fostering open communication among team members.
