Thalamus AI is an AI-native RFP and proposal platform that helps enterprise proposal teams automate the full RFP lifecycle - from bid qualification and requirement mapping to SME collaboration, compliance tracking, addendum management, source-linked proposal drafting, and post-submission learning.
Why This Role Matters
Our customers are not small businesses. They are Fortune 500 enterprise teams running high-stakes proposal and revenue workflows. Adoption, trust, and outcomes matter more than features.
This role sits at the center of that. You’ll work directly with customers in the US/ Canada, help them implement Thalamus into real workflows, and ensure they see measurable impact - faster responses, better accuracy, and higher win rates. This is not a support role.
This is customer ownership + product influence + real business impact.
What you'll do
- Own post-sale customer lifecycle for North America accounts
- Lead onboarding and implementation for new enterprise customers
- Work closely with proposal managers, sales teams, and operations leaders
- Drive product adoption across real workflows (not just feature usage)
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, feedback, and success planning
- Identify expansion opportunities (upsell/ cross-sell) in collaboration with founders
- Translate customer workflows into product feedback for the engineering team
- Track usage, engagement, and outcomes to ensure customer success
- Support customers during critical RFP / proposal cycles when it matters most
What we're looking for
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sales roles in SaaS
- Experience working with US / North America customers (required)
- Strong communication skills - clear, structured, and confident in customer-facing situations
- Ability to understand workflows, not just features
- Comfortable handling enterprise stakeholders (proposal teams, sales leaders, operations)
- High ownership mindset - you don’t wait for instructions
- Ability to work in US time zones from India
Nice to have
- Experience in AI SaaS or enterprise software
- Exposure to RFP tools, proposal workflows, or sales enablement platforms
- Experience working with mid-market or enterprise customers
- Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Slack, Sharepoint or knowledge management platforms
