Labour Compliance Manager

iMerit is looking for an experienced Manager – Labour Compliance to lead end-to-end labour law compliance across multiple locations and vendor operations.

Key requirements:

'05; 10–12 years of experience in Labour Compliance, preferably in IT Services / ITES / BPM organizations

'05; Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws including CLRA, Shops & Establishment, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, PF, ESIC, and Contract Labour compliance

'05; Experience managing multi-location operations and third-party vendor workforce compliance

'05; Hands-on expertise in labour audits, statutory inspections, compliance governance, and closure of observations

'05; Exposure to labour code implementation, compliance reporting, and stakeholder management

What you'll do:

• Drive labour law and statutory compliance across locations

• Lead labour code implementation and compliance governance

• Manage vendor and contractor compliance programs

• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions

• Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Business teams to mitigate compliance risks
