Global Ownership Product Manager

Ltd. is a Hyderabad-based technology company working across AI, enterprise software, digital transformation, healthtech, fintech, cloud solutions, automation, and GCC innovation. As India becomes a global hub for Global Capability Centres, Innomax IT is building technology, consulting, and execution capabilities to support GCCs in moving from cost-centres to innovation-driven value centres.

We are looking for a GCC Product Manager / GCC Transformation Product Lead who can design, own, and drive digital products, operating platforms, AI-led solutions, and transformation programs for GCCs. ⸻ Role Overview The GCC Product Manager will be responsible for owning GCC-focused digital products, platforms, workflows, dashboards, and enterprise solutions. The role requires a candidate who understands how GCCs operate across functions such as technology, finance, HR, operations, procurement, cybersecurity, analytics, customer support, product engineering, innovation, and shared services.

The candidate should be able to translate GCC business problems into product roadmaps, AI-enabled workflows, enterprise platforms, automation solutions, and measurable transformation outcomes. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can combine product thinking, enterprise consulting, technology understanding, and GCC operating-model knowledge. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Own the product vision, roadmap, feature prioritization, execution, adoption, and success metrics for GCC-focused platforms and solutions.

Work on products and solutions related to GCC operations, shared services, enterprise automation, AI copilots, workflow orchestration, knowledge management, analytics dashboards, compliance tracking, and productivity improvement. Understand GCC pain points such as operational inefficiency, fragmented workflows, lack of innovation ownership, poor knowledge transfer, limited AI adoption, talent productivity gaps, and weak process visibility. Convert GCC business requirements into PRDs, BRDs, user stories, process maps, workflows, wireframes, dashboards, and acceptance criteria.

Work closely with engineering, AI, data, cloud, QA, UX, business consulting, and client-facing teams to deliver GCC transformation solutions. Design product features that support GCC maturity across areas such as process excellence, automation, GenAI adoption, decision intelligence, IP creation, R&D enablement, and global delivery governance. Conduct competitor benchmarking and study GCC platforms, enterprise SaaS tools, workflow automation products, AI productivity tools, and shared-services transformation models.

Engage with GCC leaders, CXOs, functional heads, delivery heads, and transformation teams to understand use cases and convert them into product opportunities. Support pre-sales, demos, client workshops, pilot programs, product presentations, and proposal development for GCC clients. Define and monitor product metrics such as adoption, automation impact, cycle-time reduction, productivity improvement, cost savings, user engagement, SLA adherence, and business value delivered.

Prepare product documentation, solution briefs, release notes, implementation playbooks, and stakeholder update reports. Support Innomax IT’s positioning as a GCC ecosystem enabler for AI-first, innovation-led, and globally scalable capability centres. ⸻ Required Skills Strong experience in product management, business analysis, digital transformation, enterprise SaaS, consulting, or GCC/shared-services technology projects.

Good understanding of GCC operating models, shared services, global delivery centres, enterprise workflows, and transformation programs. Ability to create PRDs, BRDs, user stories, workflows, wireframes, process maps, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps. Strong understanding of enterprise software, APIs, cloud platforms, data dashboards, automation tools, AI applications, and workflow systems.

Ability to work with engineering teams and translate business needs into practical product features. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with business users, technology teams, senior leaders, and clients. Good understanding of product metrics, user adoption, process efficiency, productivity tracking, and business impact measurement.

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Notion, Productboard, Power BI, Tableau, Mixpanel, GA4, or equivalent platforms. Excellent documentation, presentation, communication, and execution skills. ⸻ Preferred Experience Experience working with GCCs, global delivery centres, captive centres, shared services, consulting firms, enterprise transformation teams, or large technology organisations.

Exposure to AI-led GCC transformation, GenAI copilots, workflow automation, RPA, process mining, enterprise analytics, knowledge management, or decision intelligence platforms. Experience in sectors such as BFSI, healthcare, life sciences, retail, manufacturing, telecom, logistics, technology, or professional services. Prior experience building or implementing enterprise platforms for global teams will be preferred.

MBA, product management certification, business analysis certification, Agile certification, or technical background will be an added advantage. ⸻ Qualifications B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Tech / MBA / MS or equivalent qualification.

5–12 years of experience in product management, business analysis, enterprise transformation, SaaS product ownership, GCC consulting, or digital transformation. Strong portfolio of enterprise products, GCC-related solutions, transformation programs, or workflow automation projects will be preferred. ⸻ Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a product owner with strong GCC understanding and founder-like execution discipline.

The candidate should not merely collect requirements. They should understand how GCCs create value, where operational bottlenecks exist, how AI can improve productivity, and how enterprise products can help GCCs shift from delivery support to innovation ownership. The person should be able to think like a product manager, operate like a consultant, and execute like a transformation leader.
