We're scaling fast, and we need the right people to grow with us.\n\nAbout the Role\nAs our Growth & Partnerships Specialist, you'll be the engine behind our marketplace expansion. You'll identify, negotiate, and activate high-value partnerships with law firms, legal tech companies, bar associations, and enterprise clients while owning growth strategies that bring more users, providers, and revenue to our platform.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with direct influence on how Legal Experts AI scales globally.\n\nResponsibilities\nIdentify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with law firms, legal associations, LegalOps platforms, and enterprise clients\nOwn the full partnership lifecycle from outreach and negotiation to onboarding and ongoing relationship management\nDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow marketplace supply (legal experts & providers) and demand (clients & users)\nCollaborate with product and marketing teams to create co-branded campaigns, integrations, and joint offerings\nRepresent Legal Experts AI at industry events, webinars, and legal tech conferences\nTrack and report on partnership KPIs, revenue impact, and marketplace growth metrics\nIdentify new verticals and geographic markets for marketplace expansion\n\nQualifications\n2–3 years of experience in growth, business development, or partnerships ideally in a marketplace, SaaS, or legal tech environment\n\nRequired Skills\nA natural relationship-builder who can engage C-suite stakeholders and close deals\nStrategic thinker with hands-on execution skills -you can build the plan and deliver it\nComfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and data-driven decision making\nExcellent communicator- written, verbal, and across cultures\nSelf-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced, high-growth environment\n\nPreferred Skills\nBonus: Existing network in legal, LegalOps, or professional services\n\nPay range and compensation package\n\nCompetitive compensation + performance-based incentive\nHuge ownership in a high-growth AI marketplace\nA seat at the table -direct collaboration with founders & leadership\nWork at the cutting edge of AI + Law, one of the most dynamic industries of the decade\nReal career growth as we scale globally
