wWe are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Operations Research Consultant to lead advanced optimization, forecasting, and decision-science initiatives within our manufacturing division. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Operations Research, mathematical optimization, SAS technologies, and manufacturing analytics, with a proven ability to solve complex production and resource allocation challenges

Key Responsibilitie

• sDevelop and implement Transfer Function models to analyze and predict dynamic relationships between manufacturing inputs and production outputs
• .Design and optimize Batch Selection models to maximize throughput, reduce waste, and improve resource utilization across production facilities
• .Build and support interactive dashboards and visualizations using SAS Visual Analytics (VA)
• .Utilize SAS Enterprise Guide (EG) for data preparation, ETL processes, statistical analysis, and reporting on large-scale manufacturing datasets
• .Develop and implement mathematical optimization models using Linear Programming (LP), Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP), and simulation techniques
• .Create custom objective functions and constraints tailored to complex manufacturing and production environments
• .Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to identify optimization opportunities and improve operational efficiency
• .Mentor and guide junior analysts on SAS programming standards, optimization methodologies, and best practices
• .Present analytical findings and optimization recommendations to plant managers and business stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner

Required Qualification

• e10+ years of experience in Operations Research, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related analytical field
• .Strong experience in manufacturing environments, including production scheduling, process optimization, quality control, or supply chain optimization
