Our comprehensive suite of services includes full scale IT Staff Augmentation, USD 15 Million Contract Staffing Company,\n\nJob Summary:\nWe are looking for a seasoned US IT Staffing Sales Leader (20+ years) to drive revenue growth, build strategic client relationships, and lead a team of Business Development Associates (BDAs) focused on lead generation and pipeline creation. The role requires working in night shifts (US time zones) and owning end-to-end sales from lead generation to closure.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive end-to-end sales strategy for Staffing business\nLead and manage a team of BDAs (lead generation / inside sales team)\nBuild a strong sales pipeline through outbound strategies (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn)\nConvert leads into direct clients / MSP / VMS accounts\nOwn revenue targets, closures, and account growth\nMentor BDAs on pitching, prospecting, and client engagement\nCollaborate with recruitment/delivery teams for successful fulfilment\nHandle MSA/SOW negotiations and pricing strategies\nTrack and improve conversion ratios, pipeline health, and team productivity\n\nRequired Skills\n20+ years’ experience in US IT Staffing Sales\nStrong experience managing BDA / SDR / Inside Sales teams\nProven track record in client acquisition & revenue generation\nDeep understanding of lead generation funnels & outbound sales\nExpertise in MSP, VMS, Direct Client acquisition\nComfortable working in night shifts (US time zones)\nStrong leadership and team mentoring skills\n\nPreferred Experience\nExperience in scaling staffing business / setting up new regions\nExposure to digital hiring trends, niche skills hiring (AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity)\nBackground in Tier-1 staffing firms / large consulting organizations\n\nKPIs / Success Metrics\nRevenue & closures\nPipeline generated by BDAs\nLead-to-client conversion rate\nNew client acquisition\nTeam performance & productivity
