Senior IT Recruiter / Account Manager (Client Delivery & Volume Generation)

Position Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Senior IT Recruiter/Account Manager to lead talent acquisition and client delivery. In this role, you will wear two major hats: managing relationships with multiple direct clients and top-tier implementation partners, while simultaneously building a high-volume pipeline of active IT requirements.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the US IT staffing ecosystem, excels at navigating complex vendor management systems (VMS), and has a proven track record of consistently generating and closing a high volume of job orders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client & Implementation Partner Management
- Multi-Client Account Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for multiple assigned client accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of their technical environments, hiring cultures, and submission SLAs.
- Vendor Relations: Establish, nurture, and leverage relationships with tier-1 implementation partners and prime vendors to secure consistent, high-quality requirements.
- Delivery Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned accounts, ensuring high submittal-to-interview and interview-to-hire ratios.
2. High-Volume Requirement & Database Generation
- Requirement Mining: Proactively hunt, aggregate, and generate a steady daily volume of active IT requirements from diverse channels (VMS portals, implementation partners, direct clients, and networking).
- Database Management: Build, categorize, and maintain a robust, centralized database of active job requirements and hot vendor contacts to ensure the delivery team always has high-priority positions to work on.
- Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on market trends, shifting technical demands, and active hiring managers within the industry to position the firm ahead of competitors.
3. Recruitment & Team Collaboration
- Strategic Sourcing: Collaborate with the delivery/sourcing team to align candidate pipelines (W2, Corp-to-Corp, 1099) with generated requirements.
- Screening & Quality Control: Evaluate candidate profiles against strict client matrices to ensure only top-tier talent is submitted.
- Offer Negotiation: Manage candidate expectations, salary/rate negotiations, and coordinate final onboarding processes alongside clients.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3 to 6+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a dual Recruiter/Account Management or Vendor Relations role.
- Client Matrix: Proven success in handling multiple accounts simultaneously and working directly with major implementation partners/system integrators.
- Requirement Engine: Demonstrated ability to independently generate a high volume of job orders/requirements on a daily basis.
- Tax Terms & Visas: Comprehensive knowledge of US hiring practices, visa types (H1B, CPT, OPT, Green Card, US Citizen), and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Tools: Tech-savvy with deep experience using major ATS/CRM platforms, VMS portals, Job Boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), and professional networks (LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the professional polish required to interface with C-level executives and vendor managers.
