It aims to bring about transformation of the society through value-based education, man-making and nation-building by blending together the dual identities of a technology and research-based university with a liberal arts institution.\n\nRole & responsibilities:\nTeach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Finance and Accounting as per the approved curriculum and academic framework of the University.\nSubject knowledge of Company Accounts / Financial Accounting, Cost & Management Accounting, Fundamentals of Financial Markets, Corporate Finance, Business Context of Accounting, Income Tax, Intermediate Cost Accounting, Merchant Banking & Financial Services, Technical Analysis, Commodity Market Operations\nEngage in curriculum design, development of course material, and continuous improvement of teaching learning processes in alignment with outcome-based education (OBE).\nAdopt innovative pedagogical practices, including ICT-enabled teaching, case-based learning, experiential learning, and blended learning approaches.\nConduct student mentoring, academic advising, and guidance for internships, projects, research, and career development.\nActively participate in institution-building activities, accreditation processes (NAAC/NIRF), academic committees, and quality assurance initiatives.\nUndertake research, publication, and scholarly activities in reputed journals and contribute to conferences, seminars, workshops, and Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) as per UGC norms.\nCollaborate with industry, academic partners, and professional bodies to strengthen academic industry linkages.\nSupport admissions-related activities, including academic counseling, content development, outreach programs, and participation in education fairs.\nPerform academic and administrative responsibilities such as evaluation, examination work, documentation, and other duties as assigned by the University from time to time.\n\nSkill Set:\nStrong academic and administrative capabilities with demonstrated teaching experience in the Finance/Accounting domain.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented academic environment.\nPositive, proactive, and flexible attitude with adaptability to diverse academic and institutional responsibilities.\nSound subject knowledge with a strong command over the area of specialization.\nProficiency in research methodology and an inclination towards scholarly research and publications.\n\nQualifications:\nPreferably M.Com / MBA (Finance) with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade/CGPA.\nNET qualified in Commerce or Ph.D. in Commerce/Finance; candidates pursuing a Ph.D.

from reputed universities/institutions will be preferred.\n\nSalary is not a constrain for a right candidate.
