Job Description

The Revenue Executive works alongside reservations and the leadership team to maximise RevPAR across all four properties. You will track demand, competition, and channel performance, and make daily pricing calls that balance occupancy and ADR.\nKey responsibilities\nMonitor daily pick-up, pace, and on-the-books reports across all four properties.\nRecommend and implement rate changes across the PMS, booking engine, and OTA extranets.\nMaintain rate parity across direct, OTA, and travel agent channels; flag and fix breaches immediately.\nTrack compset rates (key 3–5 competitors per property) through rate-shopping tools or manual checks.\nProduce a weekly revenue dashboard covering occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, segment mix, and channel contribution.\nPartner with the Reservations team to implement LOS restrictions, MLOS, CTA, and promo codes for high-demand dates.\nForecast monthly and quarterly revenue; flag risks and opportunities.\nSupport the travel partner rate sheet — keep the consolidated portfolio rate card current and communicate changes to agents.\nWhat we're looking for\n2–4 years in revenue management, reservations with rate responsibility, or OTA operations at a hotel.\nStrong Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling).\nWorking knowledge of at least one channel manager and one booking engine.\nUnderstanding of OTA extranets — MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia.\nAnalytical mindset with comfort around numbers, pace reports, and forecasting.\nBHM, hotel management diploma, or a commerce/business degree.
