The company values innovation, craftsmanship, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.\n\nRole Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time hybrid role responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that strengthen Timber Acoustics’ brand presence and engage target audiences. Day-to-day tasks include planning and scheduling content across platforms, writing and editing posts, and optimizing content for reach and engagement.

The role involves monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive, informative community. The Social Media Manager will analyze performance metrics, report on key insights, and adjust strategies based on data. Collaboration with marketing and product teams to align social content with campaigns, launches, and educational initiatives is an essential part of this role.\n\nQualifications\nStrong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), including campaign planning and platform-specific best practices.\nProficiency in Content Strategy and Writing, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages.\nExcellent Communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with online communities and internal teams.\nExperience using social media analytics tools to track performance, generate reports, and inform strategy.\nFamiliarity with graphic or video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, or similar) for creating social-ready assets.\nPrior experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in audio, music, home studio, or related creative industries is a plus.\nAbility to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.\nAvailable in office as well.
