Hostel Warden (Head Warden / Assistant Warden)

Sri Sharada International School is looking for dedicated and responsible Hostel Wardens to manage and supervise students in the residential campus. We are hiring for both Head Warden and Assistant Warden positions.\nExperienced candidates as well as freshers with good communication and student management skills are encouraged to apply.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise daily hostel operations and student routines\nEnsure discipline, safety, and well-being of students\nMaintain attendance and monitor hostel activities\nCoordinate with school management and parents\nHandle student concerns and emergencies responsibly\nMaintain cleanliness and hostel discipline\nQualifications\nGraduate in any discipline\nExperience\nHead Warden:\n5 to 10 years experience in a residential school environment preferred\nAssistant Warden:\nFreshers can apply\nCandidates with 2 to 3 years experience in residential schools will be preferred\nSkills Required\nLeadership and student supervision skills\nCommunication and interpersonal skills\nDiscipline and problem-solving ability\nBasic administrative and organizational skills\nAdditional Information\nResidential accommodation may be provided\nMale/Female candidates can apply based on hostel requirement
