Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. OCM Strategy and Continuity Planning Refresh and align the OCM strategy with steady-state and optimization goals. Define a roadmap for internal ownership of retained functions| including milestones for capability progression and confidence building. Integrate OCM into operational governance and service improvement initiatives.
2. Embedding New Ways of Working Reinforce adoption of ITIL processes and SIAM practices across internal teams and business interfaces. Identify and resolve process or role friction points through coaching| workshops| and feedback loops. Establish accountability structures for retained roles such as service owners and process leads.
3. Skills and Capability Uplift Assess skill gaps across the retained organization and propose structured development programs. Deliver targeted training| mentoring| and on-the-job enablement to support progression toward process and governance ownership.
4. Stakeholder Engagement and Cultural Alignment Align stakeholders across global functions to support SIAM transformation. Promote cultural fit and operational readiness through change forums and feedback mechanisms. Support executive sponsorship and cross-functional collaboration for transformation success. Skills and Qualifications Core Skills Proven experience in Organizational Change Management within IT transformation programs. Strong understanding of SIAM frameworks| ITIL processes| and service governance. Expertise in stakeholder engagement| capability building| and cultural alignment. Preferred Experience in global manufacturing environments with multilingual and distributed teams. Familiarity with ServiceNow| including its role in knowledge management and process enablement. Ability to lead assessment programs| workshops| and reverse shadow sessions.
