About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Act as Scrum Master for the IRM workstream, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Drive & take bottom line responsibility for end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow IRM project
- Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables with stakeholders
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, testers, and business analysts
- Track project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, GDPR, Basel, etc.)
- Oversee SIT, UAT, and go-live activities to ensure successful deployments
- Provide timely project status reporting and executive updates
- Manage and groom product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders
- Prioritize and track user stories, epics, and tasks to ensure timely delivery of sprint goals
- Remove impediments and resolve blockers to keep the team focused and productive
- Drive continuous improvement in Agile practices and team performance
- Foster collaboration between business and technical teams within the Agile framework
- Engage risk, compliance, and audit stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with business needs
- Oversee configuration and implementation of IRM Workspaces, workflows, and reporting dashboards
- Ensure adoption of IRM capabilities through training, demos, and change management
- Keep up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and IRM roadmap, recommending enhancements to business leaders
- Design new practices and patterns on the ServiceNow platform will be an added advantage.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships and communication with global stakeholders, other IT teams, and business areas.
- Ability to work with vendors and support staff on execution of solution , enhancements and support
- Should be flexible for upskilling and manage team members of different skill sets
Minimum qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or engineering
- 10 + years of extensive work experience on acting as scrum master for Service Now Platform with GRC module and IRM implementation .
- Strong understanding of GRC and ServiceNow IRM modules
- Hands-on experience managing Agile/Scrum delivery (Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager role)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Understanding of other ServiceNow products
