Essential Job Functions:
- Execute end-to-end testing activities for Oracle Fusion Cloud across Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), Procurement (PO, SSP, Receiving), Projects (PPM), FAH, and EPM (FCCS/EPBCS).
- Develop and execute detailed test scripts, test scenarios, and validation steps for SIT, UAT, regression testing, and period-close simulations.
- Validate business processes including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to Report, Project Costing/Billing, and EPM consolidation/reporting flows.
- Perform functional and integration testing involving OIC interfaces, ODI pipelines, FDI/ADW extractions, FBDI/ADFDI data loads, and downstream reporting.
- Conduct data validation using SQL queries to reconcile subledger and ledger postings, supplier data, invoices, receipts, journal entries, assets, and project-related data.
- Execute test cycles based on standardized governance processes, ensuring full traceability to requirements and design documents.
- Log, track, and retest defects across environments, collaborating with functional and technical teams for timely resolution.
- Validate BI Publisher, OTBI, Smart View, and EPM reports for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with security models.
- Support test data preparation, ensuring availability of master and transactional data for SIT and UAT cycles.
- Assist QA Lead with daily progress reporting, test coverage metrics, and entry/exit criteria validation for each test cycle.
- Participate in regression testing during quarterly Oracle updates and help assess impact on ERP, integrations, and reporting.
- Follow testing documentation standards and maintain updated test evidence, screenshots, and audit logs
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of QA/Test experience with 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud testing.
- Strong hands-on testing experience in Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement, and familiarity with EPM (FCCS/EPBCS).
- Solid understanding of ERP business cycles such as PTP, OTC, RTR, and project costing.
- Experience validating integrations using OIC, ODI, FDI, ADW, and FBDI/ADFDI-based conversion processes.
- Strong SQL skills for test data validation and reconciliation.
- Proficiency with test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Client ALM, or similar.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience participating in SIT/UAT and working collaboratively with functional/technical teams.
- Preferred: exposure to automation tools (Postman, Selenium, JMeter, Cypress) and regression testing frameworks.
