About The Job:

• We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Content Specialist with 4–6 years of experience in creating training and marketing videos for SaaS products, particularly from an end-user perspective.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing high-quality, engaging, and easy-to-understand video content that supports product adoption, user training, and marketing initiatives for our Vendor Management Services platform.
• This role requires a strong blend of storytelling, technical understanding, and visual design skills to translate complex workflows into Clientive video experiences.

Essential Job Functions:

• Training Video Creation (Primary Focus)
• Design and develop end-user training videos for SaaS platforms (e.g., Vendor Management, Governance platforms).
• Create step-by-step product walkthroughs, feature demos, and how-to videos.
• Translate business processes and workflows into easy-to-understand visual narratives.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand use cases and user journeys.
• Marketing & Product Videos
• Create product explainer videos, feature highlight videos, and promotional content.
• Develop engaging storytelling formats for showcasing platform capabilities and value propositions.
• Support go-to-market initiatives through video-based communication assets.
• Instructional Design & Content Structuring
• Convert requirements into storyboards, scripts, and video outlines.
• Ensure videos are aligned with learning objectives and user personas.
• Optimize content for clarity, engagement, and retention.
• Video Production & Editing
• Handle end-to-end video creation:
• Screen recordings (SaaS workflows)
• Voiceovers
• Editing and post-production
• Use tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Camtasia / Final Cut Pro / Loom / Synthesia (or similar)
• Ensure high-quality visuals, audio clarity, and consistent branding.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI teams, Implementation teams, Marketing teams
• Gather feedback and iterate on content to improve effectiveness.
• Continuous Improvement
• Analyze user feedback and engagement metrics to improve video content.
• Stay updated with latest trends in SaaS training, AI-driven video creation, and e-learning tools.
• Standardize templates and best practices for scalable video production.

Qualifications:
Technical Skills

• Strong experience in video editing and production tools
• Hands-on experience in creating SaaS product training videos
• Screen-based tutorials
• Marketing/explainer videos
• Familiarity with UI/UX concepts and SaaS product workflows
• Experience with screen recording tools and voiceover integration
• Domain Experience (Preferred)
• Exposure to Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
• Governance / Procurement platforms
• ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow – added advantage)

• Strong storyboarding and scriptwriting ability
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into user-friendly visuals
• Attention to detail and strong quality orientation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Media / Communication / Design / Computer Science / Related field

• Experience working in SaaS product companies
• Exposure to AI-based video tools (e.g., Synthesia, Lumen5, etc.)
• Experience in e-learning platforms or instructional design
• Understanding of Agile product environments
