About The Job:
- We are looking for Test Analyst to join GRC team.
- This role requires hands on domain skill on IRM, Compliance Tools and Testing, Risk Events and Risk profile reporting and expertise in quality engineering.
- Collaborate with Client, Architects & Developers in designing testable applications
- Day to day testing activities from analysis to test planning to execution and reporting
- Technical roadmaps & plans for implementing enterprise/program test strategies
- Resolve technical issues, anticipate risks and ensure timely management escalation
- Utilize analytical skills in determining the root cause of defects & issues
- Influence and communicate effectively with both technical & non-technical audiences
- Thought leadership, consultation, mentoring & guidance for design, development, and execution of IRM, Compliance Tools, Risk Events and Risk profile reporting functional/regression testing
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and process leads to convert user stories and acceptance criteria into test cases.
- Define and manage end-to-end test scenarios covering all business scenarios for each Tower with in GRC program
- Conduct impact analysis for releases, upgrades, and defect fixes, and identify required test coverage.
- Provide test reporting, defect analysis, and UAT support during releases.
- Recommend improvements to test strategy, automation coverage, and DevOps integration
- Promote and support implementation of automated CI/CT/CD pipeline
- Experience : 4-6 Years ( Minimum 2 years in GRC Domain and 2 years in Quality engineering role)

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with GRC domain with Risk Management, Compliance Management, Risk Reporting and Enterprise Data Management
- 2+ years of experience in leadership role to manage GRC Program Team
- Strong understanding of agile testing methodologies, Jira/Azure DevOps integration, and test lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM or GRC
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and ATF test integration
- Prior experience working in large global financial institutions
- Excellent documentation, communication, and defect-tracking skills
