About The Job:
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SCM Product Manager with 7 to 10 years of expertise in planning, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in analytical tools and a proven track record in product development within the SCM domain.
- This role involves driving the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative SCM products that enhance efficiency and streamline supply chain processes.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management for SCM solutions, including ideation, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as R&D, engineering, logistics, planning, sales, and marketing to deliver high-impact SCM products.
- Define product roadmaps aligned with market needs and business objectives within the supply chain domain.
- Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to gather insights, measure product performance, and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Analyze logistics and planning workflows to design features that optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user experience.
- Engage customers and stakeholders to understand pain points, gather feedback, and translate them into product requirements.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to drive product differentiation and maintain competitive advantage.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships relevant to product development and deployment.
- Support sales and marketing teams with product knowledge, documentation, and training
- Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 7 to 10 years of professional experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or related roles.
- Proven experience in product management and product development in the SCM domain.
- Hands-on experience with analytical and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel advanced analytics, SQL).
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes including demand planning, inventory management, transportation, and warehouse operations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex supply chain requirements into clear product specifications.
- Agile methodologies and tools experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
Preferred:
- Experience with SCM software platforms like SAP SCM, Oracle SCM Cloud, or similar.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI/ML applications in the supply chain.
- Certification in Product Management or Supply Chain is a plus.
