Essential Job Functions:

Manage all aspects of escalations, including:
- Situation management
- Executive communication
- Coordinate deliverables that are less standardized and require customized planning.
- Organize services and deliverables into a tailored Service Delivery Plan.

Lead and conduct an annual detailed account planning session to:
- Develop and update customer plans
- Ensure alignment with customer-specific requirements
- Conduct at least 3 value-based delivery reviews annually for each customer.
- Act as a trusted advisor to ensure successful and effective use of Oracle products.
Required Experience:
- Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Management, or a related field with 8+ years of experience and a background in:
- Working with and administering various versions of Oracle production environments

Strong familiarity with:
- Performance Tuning
- Backup & Recovery

Conceptual understanding of:
- RAC
- Data Guard
- Grid Control
- ASM
- Oracle Cloud
- Understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite Architecture and troubleshooting (preferred)

Knowledge of Cloud technologies:
- OCI
- Azure
- Google Cloud

Strong:
- Escalation management skills
- Customer management skills

Experience managing:
- Projects
- Customer deliverables (preferred)
- This role is responsible for providing customers with guidance and support throughout the complete implementation lifecycle to ensure successful adoption and optimal use of Oracle products.
Responsibilities include:

Providing regular customer assessments across:
- Strategy

- Delivering recommendations for continuous improvement in each area.

Acting as the primary liaison among:
- Oracle
- Customer
- System Integrator

Serving as Oracle’s support/services lead and providing expertise in:
- Business process analysis
- Application functionality
- Technology consulting
- Project management

Escalating issues across multiple Oracle business units including:
- Technical Support
- Expert Services
- Sales
- Consulting
- Product Development
- Mobilizing resources as necessary to resolve customer issues.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to handle varied and complex responsibilities using independent judgment.
- May function in a project lead role.
- 7–10 years of professional Information Systems implementation experience.

Experience in package systems implementation:
- CRM
- ERP
- Consulting environments

Understanding of:
- Web-based applications
- Networks

RDBMS technologies:
- Oracle
- DB2
- MS SQL Server
- PMP Certification or extensive project management experience across global organizations is preferred.
- Industry experience is desirable.
