Job Title: Technical Consultant (Support and Development rotation)
Job Type: Contract
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
This role will rotate between support and development functions. In the support role, the consultant will manage incidents and requests, monitor dashboards, prioritize tickets, and ensure KPIs such as SLA, CSAT, and ageing are met. Collaboration with cross functional teams and strong communication with users is essential.
In the development role, the consultant will work closely with assessment and testing teams, implementing requirements and addressing defects identified during testing. Knowledge management and documentation are critical across both responsibilities.

- Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge, specially ITSM
- Experience handling incidents and service requests
- Ability to prioritize workload based on business impact
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with development and configuration in ServiceNow
- HRSD knowledge
- Experience with ITOM, ITAM, or SPM
- Exposure to Now Assist and Agentic AI or willingness to learn
