Business Analyst

Business Analyst (Assessment and Testing focus)

• This role will support assessment and testing activities. During assessment, the consultant will engage directly with requesters to understand requirements, apply best practices, and document technical solutions for development. During testing, the consultant will validate unit tests, ensure solution quality, and lead UAT with stakeholders, often including technical demonstrations.

• Must have skills:
  Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
  Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  Strong organizational skills across tasks, documentation, and communication channels
  Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform, specially ITSM
  Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

• Good to have:

HRSD knowledge
Experience with ITOM, ITAM, or SPM
Exposure to Now Assist and Agentic AI or willingness to learn
