Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintaining individual stats - Quality & operational.
  • Adhering to delivery timelines specified by the clients.
  • A Team player and should have an eye for detail to highlight and identify issues, work completed real time.
  • Manage daily capacity well to deliver numbers and reports required for the day.
  • Multitask and be able to prioritize and manage tasks well.
  • Fluency in MS office applications to manage various files and trackers efficiently.
  • Flexibility to absorb adhoc tasks.
  • Schedule adherence
  • Adherence to company policy & procedures.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Amendments of the styles if they reflect incorrect.
  • Coordinating with different teams to get the tasks done.
  • Working on additional adhoc tasks.
  • Day to day communication with Brands.
  • Completing daily set targets.
  • Preparing monthly reports.
