Senior Executive-Back-End/ Data Entry -Complex Transaction Processing

• Knowledge of P&C Insurance underwriting;
• Sound knowledge of commercial Auto Insurance
• This role is primarily responsible for processing transactions as per the SLAs outlined by the client
• Ensure that all the transactions are processed as per defined and documented desktop procedures
• Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA are met
• Ensure that the quality of the transactions is compliant with predefined parameters
• Expected to work within strict deadlines, meet and continuously strive to exceed expectations for all process metrics and customer satisfaction measures
• Strong orientation towards Process Improvement and actively participate in AIM (All Ideas Matters)
• Flexible to work in rotating / flexible 24*7 shifts to cover extended hours of operational requirements

Minimum Graduation

Primary Internal Interactions

• AM for the purpose of reporting performance, escalation handling, clarifying concerns, and seeking support
• Manager for the purpose of settling issues left unresolved by the AM and monthly evaluation of performance
• Subject Matter Expert for the purpose of handling process related issues; queries and escalated transactions
• QCA for the purpose of associate performance feedback and audit in order to update the training curriculum
