Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6-0 years of experience in network/security domain
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs).
- Hands-on experience with:
Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, )
Wireless devices
Routing and switching
SDWAN
TCP/IP, NAT, VLANs, routing, DNS
- Experience in log analysis and packet-level troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
- CCNA / CCNP Security
- Palo Alto PCNSE
Certifications (Preferred)
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and incident reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure in critical security incidents
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud network experience
- Automation and orchestration experience
Title: Network Security Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage firewalls (Palo Alto Fortinet), Swicthes, Wireless devices, SD-WAN
- Perform rule reviews, cleanup, and compliance checks on firewall
Analyze and resolve incidents related with firewall, wireless, Switches SD-WAN
Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
Handle firewall, VPN, and connectivity-related incidents.
Validate and close incidents within defined SLAs.
Configure and troubleshoot IPSec and SSL VPNs.
