Summary:
The ideal candidate should have worked in Capital Market processes and has an exposure to financial instruments, trading processes, and post-trade operations, coupled with expertise in process optimization, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation. The role is to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and ensure seamless implementation of process enhancements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyze end-to-end processes (front, middle, and back office) to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and document current and future state process maps.
- Experienced in mapping key elements of the business processes like people, process, data, technology, and risk and controls together through various access channels and delivering the value to the customer, generating revenue
- Must have experience in VSM Creation using relevant tools.
- Propose and implement lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or other frameworks to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for process changes and automation initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Identify opportunities for automation, leveraging technologies such as RPA, AI/ML, and advanced analytics to streamline processes.
- Work closely with technology teams to ensure the alignment of solutions with business goals.
- Support change management activities, including training, communication, and user adoption for process changes.
