Role:
The ServiceNow Discovery Administrator is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the ServiceNow Discovery module to ensure accurate and efficient asset discovery and integration with the CMDB. This role involves managing both agentless and agent-based discovery setups, overseeing MID Server installations, and troubleshooting discovery-related issues in collaboration with other technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain the ServiceNow Discovery platform.
Manage agentless and agent-based discovery setup and configurations.
Install, configure, and manage ServiceNow MID Servers.
Ensure proper integration between Discovery and the ServiceNow CMDB.
Troubleshoot and resolve Discovery issues, coordinating investigations and solutions with other team
