Content & Creative Support Assist in content planning and content creation. Help write scripts for ad creatives, reels, and marketing campaigns. Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and content assets. Research trending content formats and marketing angles. Performance Marketing Support Assist in setting up and monitoring Meta Ads campaigns. Support Google Ads campaign management. Help analyze campaign performance and prepare reports. Monitor key marketing metrics and identify improvement opportunities. Research & Strategy Conduct competitor research and market analysis. Research targets audiences and customer behavior. Collect insights for new marketing campaigns and creative strategies. Assist in finding new growth opportunities across digital platforms. Team Coordination Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing team members. Ensure smooth execution of ongoing campaigns. Track project timelines and follow up with internal teams. Requirements Basic understanding of Digital Marketing. Familiarity with Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads is a plus. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong research and analytical mindset. Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of Canva, ChatGPT, Google Sheets, or similar tools is preferred. Own laptop is mandatory
