Job Title: IAM Operations Analyst

Role Overview
• We are seeking a skilled and motivated Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations Analyst to support enterprise IAM operations, governance, and security initiatives across the organization. The role will focus on managing identity lifecycle processes, application onboarding and integration, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), and access review activities while ensuring compliance with organizational security and audit requirements.
• The candidate will work closely with Security, Infrastructure, Application, HR, and Compliance teams to strengthen identity security controls and support day-to-day IAM operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Support enterprise IAM solutions and access control processes.
• Support application integrations with IAM platforms using SSO, MFA, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, and API-based integrations.
• Support and Perform user identity lifecycle management activities including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes.
• Assist in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) processes including RBAC, access provisioning, segregation of duties (SoD), and policy enforcement.
• Conduct periodic User Access Reviews (UAR) and support access certification campaigns.
• Monitor IAM operations, privileged account activities, and access-related security events.
• Collaborate with application owners and infrastructure teams for onboarding, troubleshooting, and remediation activities.
• Participate in security assessments, risk reviews, and compliance initiatives related to identity security.
• Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives within IAM operations.
Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance (IGA), or Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Hands-on experience with IAM/PAM solutions such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or similar platforms.
• Experience integrating applications with IAM solutions using SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP, SCIM, REST APIs, and MFA technologies.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, least privilege, and access governance concepts.
• Experience supporting User Access Reviews (UAR), access certifications, and audit activities.
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge using PowerShell, Python, or APIs is preferred.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and cloud identity technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced enterprise environment. |
