| Description: Job Overview: The SAP trainer is responsible for leading end to end training activities associated with area of expertise [e.g. Commercial]. Complete work stream deliverables according to timelines coming from current SAP and other applications implementation roadmap and live sites. Accountable for preparing, checking training content, updating trackers, and qualify Business stakeholders (Super Users, SME's) in order to achieve the business readiness required according to IT Transformations. Responsibilities and Duties: • Strong grasping of business processes and connect them with the SAP ECC blueprint as well as other boundary systems • Able to learn fast and as much as possible self-sufficient in terms of Knowledge Transfer • Able to develop and edit Instructor Led Training course materials based on the Enable Now demos • Able to develop and edit eLearning training courses using Enable Now • Able to support the built of training libraries together with other peers (Enable Now) • Facilitate the training materials review process with functional track teams and local BPO's, perform edits and follow up sign off process • Able to understand data and prepare training data when needed • Deliver ongoing trainings for Business stakeholders (SME's and Super users) and also End Users when applicable • Support Internal Trainers with end users trainings until they are able to conduct training independently • Deliver remotely with minimal supervision Qualifications: • Training experience of 7+ years on various SAP modules functionalities • Engineering Degree MBA - an advantage • Extensive technical knowledge on SAP's services • Experience in Enable Now or other training development platforms • Experience in pharma or similar • Professional English speakers Second European language is a ++ • Organizational skills • Presentation skills • Remote training skills • Able to explain technical information in a clear and simple manner • Able to work under pressure • Creative / flexible • Driven by timelines Strong ability for team work - a must in order to support other team members if needed | |||
