1. 8+ years of experience in a BA or Sr. Data Analyst role.
2. Expert-level SQL (CTEs, window functions, query tuning), working with large datasets.
3. Practical experience with Scrum/Kanban; story slicing, Azure DevOps
4. Data presentation and communication into Business stakeholders
5. ETRM skills are desirable
