Experience:
• Windows Server 2008 R2 / 2012/ 2016/2019 / 2022 administration. Automated and Manual Patching, Application health check, Azure Administration, VM Ware Administration, Oracle Cloud Administration.
• At least 3+ years of live experience of resolving L1 level of technical incident resolution in Windows Server 2008 R2 / 2012/ 2016/2019/2022 Administration.
• Must have - L2/L3 Windows OS administration activities including Azure server administration, Oracle cloud,
VMware Administration.
• Good to have Knowledge of AD.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) /Or any ITSM Tool incident resolution practice.
• Hands-on experience on Software Center.
• Knowledge and working experience of ITIL processes in BAU IT IS support.
• 24*7 Shift experience is preferred. (for US Shift)
• Basic knowledge of working with MS Office, Office 365 email service.
• Good Written & verbal English communication skills.

Job Description

1. Incident Resolution -General L1/L2 troubleshooting
2. Major Incident Support - Only in scope activity if needed
3. Windows Server OS administration activities & Troubleshooting
4. Server Resource (CPU/RAM/Disk/Network) management & optimization
5. Server Build
6. Windows server patch Management.
7. Working knowledge on Azure server administration, Azure server hardware, upgradation, Azure serve build, Azure server disk addition,
8. Working knowledge on Oracle cloud, Oracle server build
9. Working knowledge on Vmware provisioning and Vmware Server build & migration,
VCenter upgradation, Esxi server Installation, High level trouble shooting on vCenter issues.
10. Server Decommission
11. Management Agent Update
12. System Backup/Restore.
13. To respond immediately to any requests escalated.
14. Preparation of SOP
15. To perform against all key performance indicators including the Resolution and

Response Time of SLA Matrix.
16. Manual installation of patches in server provided by Wintel team in software center.
17. Pre and post validation/health check of core applications.
18. Follow 24*7 business support model.
19. Follow Shift roster and daily Shift HOTO perfectly.
20. Good to know - Client Hardware maintenance.
21. Good to know – Power-shell scripting,
22. Good to know - Nagios monitoring tool.
23. Good to know - Vendor management.
24. Good to know - Client Physical server OS installation.
