Roles & Responsibilities: HCM Functional Manager (Recruiting) - Individual Contributor
Assist clients in the design, implementation, and support of the Workday Recruiting/HCM/Talent Management modules.
You will use your consulting skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate Workday to the clients' business environment to achieve client expected business results.
Design and deliver future-ready Workday solutions to help organizations optimize their HR and Finance functions and enhance their employees' experience.
Lead the day-to-day activities of advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
Provide Workday product, subject-matter and implementation expertise; and work with Partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions.
Lead workshops on Recruiting/ Other modules and convey solutions to complex business requirements to HR SMEs.
Lead a team of consultants and be responsible for overall success of the Project delivery.
Must-Have Certifications
- Workday Recruiting Core certification is required.
Experience & Background
BE/ B.Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA from an accredited college/university.
Candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT with at least 5 years relevant to Workday OR Minimum 5+ years of Workday Recruiting functional experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP or other ERP HCM systems, etc.
Proven expertise in completion of at least 3 end-to-end Workday global rollout/implementation as a module specialization consultant.
Required Skills/Experience:
Data Conversion Experience, exposure to Customer Central, iLoads, EIBs, Migration of functional configuration using Workday tools like Migration Recipe and Advance Loader.
Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Recruiting for global rollouts.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities.
Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level. Strong communication skill.
