Job Summary:

We are looking for a Manager with expertise in WFM Integration to join the Human Capital Advisory team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a leading global professional services organization.
The individual will support WFM client engagements across geographies. In this role, the individual will have an opportunity to work across several projects, utilizing their knowledge and experience of the WFM Integration. The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and frequent interactions with onsite engagement teams and clients.

Qualification:

  • 5+ years prior experience in SQL Database Programming (MS Transact SQL, Relational Databases)
  • Boomi Professional Developer Certified
  • Minimum 5+ years' quality assurance testing experience
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute solutions for customers within the confines of the project timeline.
  • Understanding of FTP and file transfer technologies including encryption
  • Excellent consulting skills with attention to detail and ability to proactively manage risk
  • Analysis, change control, task management, and time management skills
  • Decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, detail oriented, accurate, responsive and results driven
  • Understand data mapping and specification documentation
  • Customer-focused, positive, and professional attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High energy and self-motivation
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work in order to meet strict deadlines

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience of working with US and multi-Geo clients will be an added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate the business challenges and explain proposed solutions

  • Acts in accordance with legal, regulatory, and internal risk management requirements

Education / Years of Work Experience:

  • MBA HR or a equivalent Post Graduate Degree from an accredited college/university
  • 7+ years of experience working in the field of Workforce Management, Designing Target Operating Models, Employee Experience Transformation etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Support client projects leveraging deep knowledge and understanding of TimeManagement, Attendance, Leave Management, Labor Scheduling and othercomponents of Workforce management processes and systems.
Demonstrated technical proficiencies in Work Force Management; take apractical/business driven approach to solving complex global WFM client challenges
Work on client projects as part of a global distributed team. Ensure quality of all workoutputs, timeliness, and accuracy of content.
Lead teams in full life cycle activities for WFM systems (Discovery, Design,Configuration, Build, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, Migration and PostproductionSupport)
Ensure quality of all work outputs, timeliness, and accuracy of content. Be recognized asa subject matter expert in one or more areas in the WFM domain.
Support development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologiesto build and enhance WFM offering within the practice
Drive effective client communication, cadence, and build relations with client and projectteam counterparts across global locations. Ensure to obtain excellent feedback from theclient and global project counterparts
Perform role of counsellor and coach; define and set goals; conduct performancereviews and ensure ongoing development of the team
