| Responsibilities |
| Develop new code and configuration for complete features. |
| Provides proficiency in application development and production support activities to support business needs. |
| Monitor daily data processing and ensure all analytical data is available on time |
| Leverages experience and business domain knowledge to triage production support issues |
| Utilizes technology tools to enhance data analysis and data presentation skills to identify issues or gaps |
| Document production support issue resolutions, Disaster Recovery steps, and maintain KPI |
| Handle general system maintenance and upgrades (server refresh, database upgrades, etc.). Liaises with other internal IT teams to release code changes and as needed to resolve system / technical issues for the team. |
| Testing at different stages of development |
