Role : Salesforce Omni Studio Developer

Mode : Remote

Shift Time : 7 pm - 4 am

As a Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, the selected candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring Salesforce applications to meet business process and application requirements. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting, optimizing performance, and contributing to strategic application design.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and configure Salesforce OmniStudio applications.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead development efforts.

Engage and collaborate with multiple teams for key decision-making.

Mentor and guide team members, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.

Monitor and improve application performance continuously.

Provide scalable and robust solutions to technical challenges.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio platform.

Deep understanding of application design principles and integration techniques.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and team collaboration.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 10 years of relevant IT experience.

Must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
