Salesforce BA + Marketing Cloud ( REMOTE) 7+ yrs

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong focus on Marketing Cloud to drive solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud capabilities, coupled with analytical skills to elicit requirements, design solutions, and support implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional requirements.

Conduct workshops, meetings, and process mapping to define use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Marketing Cloud and Salesforce platform usage.

Marketing Cloud Expertise:

Leverage Marketing Clouds capabilities, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Interaction Studio, to create customer-focused campaigns.

Design personalized, automated campaigns for lead nurturing, retention, and engagement.

Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regional data protection regulations.
